Each year the Marion County Chamber of Commerce hosts an Annual Meeting & Banquet. During this event, new Directors along with a new President are appointed for the upcoming year. Also at this event, the Chamber recognizes members of the community that have gone above and beyond throughout the year. Awards are given for Outstanding Chamber Member, Outstanding Educator, Outstanding Business Person, Outstanding Industry Manager, Outstanding Emergency Personnel, Outstanding Citizen and Outstanding Farmer. These winners are chosen by members of the community, not the Chamber of Commerce.
This event allows the Chamber of Commerce to say “thank you” to their members. A formal dinner is served each year with a cash bar. There are sponsorship opportunities available for this event, please contact the Chamber office for more information.
